Are RENÉE products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to say that all RENÉE products are 100% cruelty-free and we strive to ensure our formulations are vegan-friendly, keeping ethical beauty at our core.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened cosmetic products.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across India. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring RENÉE cosmetics to beauty enthusiasts worldwide very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are dermatologically tested and formulated with high-quality ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner wrist before full application.
